If not connected, reset the lamp and follow the instructions in "How to connect the Xiaomi Mijia Smart Desk Lamp Lite to the MiHome APP" using Method 1 for adding and configuring. Once configured, it will show online. (However, if the phone used for configuration turns off Bluetooth or moves away from the lamp, the lamp will go offline again.)
